    International qualifications students will receive on the successful graduation of the training course:

    1)      Certificate II in Security Operations and Certificate III in Security Operations (Australian qualifications)

    2)      SASSETA CPO skills program (South African qualification)

    3)      City and Guilds NVQ (1903) Level 3 Certificate in Close Protection (UK qualification)

    4)      ASP international Baton Certificate

    5)      Firearm training certificates

    6)      Recognised first aid qualifications 

    Enrolment details and course dates

    Duration: 30 days – full-time        

    Entry requirements: There are several criteria that must be met for you to gain entry onto the course. These include fitness and health standards as well as educational requirements. A full list of requirements will be outlined in your course sign up information pack. As a basic overview candidates must:

    ·         Be in good health with no transferable diseases

    ·         Possess a valid driver’s license

    ·         Have a clear criminal record (exemptions may apply)

    ·         Be competent  in written and spoken English

    Location: ALL TRAINING TAKES PLACE IN SOUTH AFRICA

    Our Accredited Training Centre conveniently situated in Centurion, between Johannesburg and Pretoria, as well as access to tactical firearms ranges, advanced driving and outdoor training facilities, bush lodges and all the necessary facilities to provide this internationally recognised training course. Much of the programme will be presented on a military-style bush camp 25 km NE of Pretoria in Gauteng, fully equipped with modern conference facilities and quality training areas.     Students will share lodging facilities and all meals will be catered for at the facility. Practical training and scenarios will take place in various urban centres.  The Locations and training venues will provide students with a great taste of the African Bush and give you a chance to see some of our unique wildlife.

     Please note: on request we are able to deploy mobile training teams (MTTs) but certain restrictions may apply

    Inclusive cost structures:

    All students will need to cover their return flights to South Africa and travel insurance. All training, certification, administration, ground transport, accommodation and main meals will be provided as part of the course fee. Course fees are different based on subsidies from various governmental agencies. If you are leaving the military there may be funding available to assist you with the expenses of this training. For South African citizens there may be funded training positions available.

    Discounts may apply for persons transitioning to the private sector from military or police agencies and for bulk and group bookings
